Suzanne Emily Beiler

Hi my name is Suzanne Emily. I was born Febuary 1st 2014. Very shortly I will be celebrating my 2nd birthday! Up till now since 10 weeks old I have been struggling with UTI's (Urinary track infections) and hospital stays. At 10 weeks old I literally quit breathing so I was rushed to the hospital(which the doctors say was a miracle that I survived as my organs where starting to shut down and my electrolytes were way off. I was born with Kidney and Bladder abnormalities. I had 2 minor surgeries in Albany Hospital and 2 major surgeries in Boston Children's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. My Hospital visits are approximately 4 to 6 weeks apart, lasting 3 days to a week. After being on to many oral antibiotics they are no longer effective so then I have to be on IV antibiotics. With time my Family, Doctors and myself are hoping that I can outgrow all of everything. I have quite a complicated situation so we take one step at a time. I have seen lots of needles and ultrasounds in my 2 yrs of   life.

My personal life when feeling well is so much fun! I live on a farm with lots of different kinds of animals. Bunnies and horses are a favorite. I have 5 older brothers whom I love dearly and feel well protected. (Especially my big brother Matthew !) I love the outdoors! My favorite winter activities are drawing, coloring and playing with my brother Jeremiah while the rest are in school. Singing and music are a favorite which makes Mom's heart smile. God was so good to grant me the privilege of celebrating Christmas and New Years with Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts and lots of Cousins. On my Moms side I have 84 cousins and on my dads side I have 17. My latest cousin was born 4 days ago.My Family is hoping and praying I can stay well to see you all at the Polar Bear Jump. I am loved by Daddy, Mom, and brothers Matthew, Roman, John Ervin, Samuel and Jeremiah.
