Out of Oneonta, NY, Donna Mitchell is diagnosed with Multiple Focal Cortical Dysplasia Brain Disorder.

 Donna’s condition started with small seizures in large quantities and has since progressed into large, and at times, life threatening seizures. She has undergone testing of all types, hospital stays, surgeries and is still fighting. Donna lives every day with continued seizures, the struggles of medicine side effects, many missed days of school, and continues to fight to find the normalcy balance of being a teenager and a middle schooler.
